Development Aftercare Manager - New Homes
B+C currently working with a large RP who are seeking a customer centric individual to welcome and guide leaseholders into their new homes and build and grow a team of Aftercare professionals as the organisations build target increases.
You will be their main point of contact when customers first move in and throughout the defect period, helping with all maintenance issues they may arise and liaising with contractors where appropriate.
You will also look to implement new ways of working related to new home aftercare
Key management of the following;
- Latent and additional defect management
- Complaint resolution
- Property handovers to customers
- Manage a team of Aftercare coordinators
The ideal candidate may already be working in a similar role or have a housing background, keen to explore a new opportunity and have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service as well as Aftercare team management experience
