Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join one of our clients based in Norwich.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for answering calls from local residents and advising on certain issues, this may be around housing, parking, or local elections.
At times you may have to deal with difficult calls, so you must feel confident to deal with this.
You must deliver excellent communication with the residents providing them with the best possible outcome, this could be via telephone, e-mails or face to face.
This will be in a fast-paced environment dealing with a number different tasks, you must be able to manage multiple systems at one time and be a confident IT user.
You must be competent in IT, and use various software packages at once and be able to work in a flexible manner to be able to work the needs of the service.
This is a temporary role, and we are currently looking for both part time and full time candidates.
Paying between £10.65 - £11.76 per hour dependant on experience.
You must be available to interview via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 24 & Thursday 25 March 2021 (by video call)
