JOB TITLE: Senior Account Manager

SALARY: £35,000.00 to £38,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)

LOCATION: St. Albans, Hertfordshire

About the company: Our client is a well-established family run business, Due to growth in their business they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their organisation.

You will be part of an experienced and growing team in a busy and varied Account Management position where you will be maintaining existing relationships with key accounts. You will be the clients first point of contact and identify the customers needs to try and generate extra sales for the business.

• To manage a portfolio of accounts
• Arrange and attend client meetings on a twice annual basis
• Keep the communication channel going throughout the year, maintain and extending relationships with existing or replacement contacts
• To report on previous years sales and suggest any improvements
• Offer new and forward thinking ideas, identify and suggest market trends, to develop upon these ideas therefore generating sales
• Attend conferences multiple times per year, to generate new business and keep constant contact with existing clients What the client are looking for
• A solid Account Management background

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service attitude
• To remain level headed in stressful situations
• Have a good awareness of garment compositions and manufacturing processes
• Positive, confident attitude with a strong work ethic
