Excited to be exclusively engaged on an Internal Recruiter role for a creative, multi-site organisation based in the heart of Brighton.
Partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies for end to end recruitment
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Candidate sourcing and talent identification
Candidate screening and recruitment inbox management
Organise and conduct first round UK interviews
Manage interview calendar and invitations
Working with hiring managers across the company to build feedback for candidates
Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates and agencies
Provide documented reports of all interviews with analytical opinions if required
Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
Demonstrable experience in attracting and driving a diverse candidate pool
Robust organisational, communication and time management skills
Ability to manage a large and varied workload
Multi-site experience and / or experience working for a fast paced start-up would be advantageous
