I am currently working with a leading National Logistics company that are looking for a HR Assistant to join their experienced HR team based in Corby. This role will work closely with the current HR Advisor & HRBP and oversee two sites across the Corby area. This role will be responsible for providing high quality support on generalist HR issues to allocated sites across Corby.
*Support the new starter process and employee journey by issuing the relevant paperwork and running successful company inductions
*Prepare correspondence, minutes of disciplinary meetings and other documents relating to the HR process as and when required
*Provide generalist HR support to our operational and managerial colleagues
*Maintain the site's personnel records, including sickness and absence data, holiday entitlement and training documentation
Skills & Experience:
*Ideally from a logistics (distribution or supply chain), manufacturing or retail background Experience operating at a HR Administrator/HR Assistant level or generalist background
*Regional, multi-site experience in a customer facing environment
*Full UK Driving license
*Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures
