*Establish a process to allow us to identify training needs across functions, and work with the leadership team to define the most impactful and business-efficient solutions to address these
*Develop content for both physical and digital (on-line) learning modules and development journeys, leveraging the expertise of internal sources of knowledge combined with best practice approaches
*Identify and implement an appropriate Learning Management System with interactive content
*Establish structures that allow effective evaluation of training programme effectiveness
*Create a culture of continuous learning across the business, fostering a community of learning and training specialists externally combined with internal expertise to help drive engagement & development
*Be the main point of contact with external training providers
*Work in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition & Global Operations to design, implement and evaluate learning interventions
*Contribute to building and improving our culture, employee engagement, employee recognition, etc. processes with valuable inputs from the L&D perspective
*Seek opportunities to continuously review, improve and measure the impact of learning & development initiatives & programs, creating metrics to track performance and training outcomes
