Job Title: Property Assistant/Coordinator
Salary: £19k -£20k
Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: Milton Keynes
Office Angels are currently working with a client who are looking for a Property Assistant to join their team.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for both customer service and administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients, lenders and agents ensuring an excellent service at all times
- Administration duties such as online property searches and obtaining all legal documents required
Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Solutions orientated, proactive and positive "can do" attitude
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes including Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
