IT Manager / IT Support / ERP Systems / Infrastructure / Permanent / Tamworth

My market leading and award-winning client, known for being a great place to work is looking for an experienced IT Manager to the business.

The IT Manager will be leading a small team whilst also remaining hands-on supporting the ERP systems and core IT Infrastructure. This would suit a good all-rounder with some experience leading IT teams looking to take the step in IT management.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in developing, implementing and communicating the company IT strategy.
*Ensure business continuity and security of systems.
*Develop IT systems in line with the company's requirements.
*Ensure that the Department responds to the expectation of the business.
*Co-ordinate departmental IT documentation.
*Manage 3rd party relationships and contracts and IT expenditure.
*Identify IT training requirements across the company, develop and deliver training courses.
*Plan and manage IT projects and change requests.
*Provide second line support when required.
*Manage own professional development.
*Maintain up-to date and accurate Time and Attendance information. Manage holidays, sickness and other absence in line with company policy. Conduct return-to-work interviews.
*Provide leadership and direction using a coaching approach.
*Provide development and training as required.
*Monitor and manage department performance by gathering relevant data and converting it into information.

Skills and Experience required:
*Experience in a similar IT Manager or IT Administrator role leading a small team.
*Experience supporting ERP systems and assisting with on-going development alongside 3rd party.
*Broad knowledge of IT including; networks, servers, desktop, internet, printing, CCTV & telephony.
*Good communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
*Proactive, can-do attitude.
*Data driven with strong data analysis and evaluation skills.
