I am recruiting for a Pre Paid Funeral Plan Sales Advisor to work as part of a team, working from home however you will receive training and you will have admin support

As the Pre Paid Funeral Plan Sales Advisor your role will be to pursue all new pre-paid leads and enquiries by email, telephone and liaise with the applicant confirming they have received the information and discuss any queries or questions they may have. Manage an effective diary to arrange call backs and maximise opportunities for sales. Ensure low cost funerals pre-paid plans are arranged in accordance with the clients' wishes, the FPA code of conduct and that all relevant paperwork is completed, and procedures are followed. To assist with "at need" enquiries and administrative duties as required and including the arrangement of funerals direct with a client and the arrangement of contract funeral services from our partnered organisations.

As the Pre Paid Funeral Plan Sales Advisor we are looking for someone with good communication skills with excellent sales skills and a proven track record in direct sales and must be organised, able to work under pressure, under minimal supervision and be trustworthy and honest as this post may involve cash handling.

To be successful in the role of Pre Paid Funeral Plan Sales Advisor we are looking for a minimum 5 years' Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets

Once successful as the Pre Paid Funeral Plan Sales Advisor you will receive a bonus which is paid monthly, training, holidays and pension
