Working in a small team yet part of a successful global business you will be liaising with various departments in order to complete the sales order processing function. You will receive full training on the in-house system in order to provide efficient administrative support within the sales team. This will include translating and responding to documents and communication in German.
Providing information on the order process, liaising with distributions centres, managing returns and matching credit and debit notes also form part of this role. Along with managing a busy inbox, answering calls and dealing with queries.
No 2 days are the same in this role - if you are looking for variety this role certainly offers that!
This position will give you the opportunity to be busy, apply your excellent attention to detail, use your strong PC skills and communicate with people throughout the business. Full training will be offered for the right person who comes with the German language.
This role is to initially work from home however when it is safe to return to the office you will be joining a fun team who boast a very low staff turnover., who would be flexible in their approach to working from home 1-2 days a week following training. Working with amazing products in a bright and modern environment, a short drive to the town centre and local transport links.
