I am recruiting for a very experienced Senior Management Partner with a good working knowledge of partnerships in the financial sector to work in Leicester City Centre, this client can offer you hours you would like even working from home if you would prefer, they would like you in on a Wednesday as that's the team meeting day

As the Senior Management Partner it's not all about academic qualifications in the field but relevant competencies and experience is key, our client is looking for someone with experience in managing relationships in the financial sector, as well as B2B management, a candidate who understands brand partnerships and contractual obligations and driven by success and results, be flexible as you will be working with all kinds of people communicating with a wide variety of people and appreciate some people will be challenging and demanding
As the Senior Management Partner you will be leading our partnerships in the business finding and developing new partners whilst maintaining the momentum and relationship with existing partners, making sure all values and goals are always represented, you will be working as part of a very small team so you directly will be responsible for everything partner related, developing and managing current relationships as well as growing new relationships and opportunities
As the Senior Management Partner you will need to make sure that targets and goals are being met and that everyone within the team knows what they need to do to achieve targets and goals ensuring your support and guidance to optimise end to end processes.
In addition your role will also include owning and running all tenders for new affinity brand deals and if necessary manage the exit of partners in a way that satisfies all contractual obligations.
To be successful in this role personality is key our client is looking for a Senior Management Partner with boundless energy and determination to grow the business and make the most of all opportunities as well as having the creativity and drive to make new ones along with a good working knowledge of partnerships in the financial sectors and knowledge of brand importance coupled with integrity and the natural ability to interact well with others.An excellent multi-tasker with time management skills to match. You'll be juggling quite a few things at any one time, probably with different ability to demonstrate passion about something and the ability to influence other people to feel strongly about it too.
