The Position:-* Additional support handling Residential Conveyancing work is required
* It will involve the usual Property transactions, including:-
-- Sales & Purchases of Freehold & Leasehold Land
-- Other Property related matters
* There are a couple of team members available to provide Paralegal support, but no dedicated secretarial assistance is available for this position
* To start ASAP - But flexible and can consider anytime in March for even just a week or two
* Ideally office based due to paper based files and systems but can consider some remote working as well (perhaps 2 or 3 days a week)
* Market rates payable
The Ideal Candidate:-
* Will have 5 plus years' experience conducting Residential Property Conveyancing work
* Will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Will have a couple of weeks of availability prior to the end of March
