On behalf of my client I am looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to work between their Crewe and Nantwich Branches. Your responsibilities will include registering applicants, arranging and attending property viewings, negotiating lets and prospecting landlords for new business. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer facing, fast paced role and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to negotiate. A knowledge and interest in the property market would be preferred. A Full UK driving licence is required and you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and every other Saturday 10am-1.30pm
In return you will receive a competitive salary and bonus scheme and full training will be provided.
