Customer Service Executive

Our client based in Thame are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their busy team. Reporting into the Customer Service/Sales Manager, your role will be split into 50% customer service and 50% telemarketing.
In this part of the role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with complaints, and providing potential customers with detailed information about the company's products.
For the Telesales element of this post you will work from a script utilising both inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Telesales Executive's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling products where possible and being able to liaise and assist with lead generation.
You will need to have a friendly and professional demeanour, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
