You don't need to have sold IT solutions or have recruitment experience but you must be articulate, academically bright and have a high level of integrity.

Here in Sheffield we are a tight-knit group, ranging from 2 to 15 years' experience, where you'll be joining an inclusive and collaborative Sales team, including some of the most successful Recruitment Consultants within the business.

The role

• Candidate attraction and relationship building with senior IT professionals
• Phone-based and face to face (when we're allowed out!) business development
• Market research to identify IT professionals and sell IT services. Your savvy social media skills will be essential to build your own personal brand.
