Badenoch & Clark Housing & Third Sector recruitment team have been engaged to find an experienced Registered Manager for a permanent opportunity based in South London

This role will consist of overseeing an Assisted Living Scheme leading the care aspect of service delivery, driving high-quality care, hospitality, and support in an exceptional environment. You and your team will commit to assisting clients to enhance and fulfil independent lives in line with CQC regulations.

Key duties for this role will include:

*Working with direct reports to drive business planning activities and service improvement plans
*Providing services that are consistently rated as good or outstanding by external regulators and contractors
*Demonstrating excellent financial skills devising and managing budgets which maintain the financial viability of services
*Ensuring that direct reports are delivering effective and organisationally driven mentoring to and supervision with colleagues
*Leading change within large teams and improve the quality of support provided

The successful candidate for this opportunity will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and experience:

*Experience working within a CQC service achieving good or outstanding ratings
*Previous management or team leading experience
