The housing association managers 7,000 homes offering a range of other services to support people and communities across Lincolnshire.
*Leading on all grant funding applications for newbuild developments and managing relevant key stakeholder relationships, including keeping funders updated on their investments.
*Managing grant administration through both the internal and external systems.
*Ensuring we have sound and compliant document management systems.
*Researching and applying for funding related to new housing developments
*Supporting the wider team to monitor and report on each scheme's performance, such as on-site progression and cashflows, ensuring we know where our delivery is at, at any time.
*Developing IT and process solutions to drive efficiencies across the team.
*Working collaboratively with the Development Project Managers to ensure budgets for specific developments are monitored and on track.
*Supporting the Development Project Managers in liaising with housing developers, solicitors, architects and other stakeholders.
*Supporting the Development Project Managers in the preparation and running of scheme feasibility appraisals for potential new developments.
*Educated to degree standard or equivalent, with strong numeracy, literacy, communication and IT skills.
*CIH member and evidence of continuous personal development within the housing sector.
*At least three years' experience of working in a fast paced, property development environment.
*Experience of administering the Homes England investment management system.
*You'll know Homes England's Capital Funding Guide inside out.
*Experience of successful funding applications.
*A good knowledge and understanding of the government's housing agenda and routes to associated funding.
