You will be joining a busy IT Support Team to offer additional help during a busy period of support calls due to both an Office 365 migration project and an increase in business demand. You will be taking IT support calls from users, logging them on the call management software and resolving where possible if a first fix is within the 1st line team's SLA timescales. If the query is either too technical or would take too long to resolve, then you will log the call and pass it onto the 2nd line support team.
In order to be considered, candidates must be available to start by 1st March and happy to work onsite near Manchester city centre in a COVID secure environment. You will a strong all round knowledge of first line IT support in a Windows enterprise environment and have excellent customer service skills.
