My client a Multinational Professional Services company - is looking for a talented technology lawyer to join their team on a 6-12 month interim contract.The role will be joining an already well-established team focusing on minimising risk and assure compliance with laws and company policies; coordinating all legal advice and counsel related to commercial arrangements and offerings, third-party alliances, complex outsourcing deals and transactions, intellectual property, public company responsibilities, board of directors support, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory support.
Successful candidates will be those who have evaluated and prepared new offerings for market, with varying deal structures that include consulting services, cloud services including software as a service, and licensed software, in different geographies and different industries and regulatory environments.
In order to be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 5 years PQE transactional experience; drafting and negotiating client/vendor cloud computing arrangements, Software-as-a-service, IP and data licensing and/or development agreements.
Further experience of at least 2 years experience as Product Counsel with companies that develop their own services or products is advantageous.
