EU Acquisition & Performance Manager

Location: Remote

Initial Duration: 6 Months

Rate £Competitive rate

Overview of Role

As the EU Acquisition & Performance Manager you will be supporting the transformational journey to a data driven marketing model to align with consumer changes in the marketplace.

You will be expected to be passionate & knowledgeable about performance media, as you will serve as an ambassador for the transformation required in performance buying throughout the European organisation. You will play a key role in building remarketing/ conversion campaigns to complement awareness/ equity building tactics, moving consumers along the consideration/ purchase funnel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and optimise the EU acquisition/ performance strategy and define how performance integrates, contributes to and benefits from other media across the consumer connections plan
  • Educate the regional marketing team on how to bring acquisition tactics into their playbooks for their markets
  • Working closely with brand and customer teams define key performance/ acquisition opportunities for the brands and represent performance within the annual processes
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure performance tactics are firing insights for optimisation
  • Bring the demonstrable value of performance to the business and put in place the measurement framework and KPIs to prove that.

About you

  • 6 years minimum experience in performance/ DR media
  • Sound knowledge of GDPR and implications for advertisers
  • Experience working within DSPs (such as; DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr and MediaMath)
  • Experience working with other technologies, such as; SF Marketing Cloud, Ad-Servers, DMPs, DCO and analytics platforms such as Datorama
  • Good overview of marketplace incl. retail media opportunities e.g. Dunhumby, Numberly and Nectar.
