The Badenoch & Clark HR team is working with a renowned private sector business that is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team based in Manchester. You will be a true business partner with experienced in managing and influencing stakeholders across a variety of levels.

What you will be doing?

*Work in line with business strategic objectives, to pro-actively support the development of the business and its people within an area of responsibility
*To act as a business partner to site managers, shaping and influencing their thinking on people issues, managing and pro-actively resolving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
*This includes resourcing, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, talent management, and succession planning.
*To ensure best practice is followed by providing effective professional HR (Human Resources) advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
*Act as the people lead on change management programmes for the directorate, attending any related project meeting as the HR subject matter expert and ensuring the right tools, processes and policies are applied when implementing change
*Monitor, manage and improve, in conjunction with managers, the HR KPI's and metrics for their area of responsibility.

What we are looking for?

*Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD
*Experienced being a true HR Business Partner, advising, supporting, and coaching various levels of stakeholders.
*Good Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
*Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting.
*Resourcing planning and partnering with the internal hiring team.
*Ability to Influencing and driving the HR People plan - with measured outcomes.
*Ability to work proactively across the business and HR function with minimal intervention.
