Customer Service and Marketing Administrator - £25,000 - 7 months FTC
Office Angels Staines is currently seeking a Customer Service and Marketing Admin for a 7 month FTC. There is also potential that this will be extended. You will be working for a global business, but within a small but perfectly formed team, where no two days are the same!
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, you will split your time between working in their office in Egham and from home.
A day in the life of your new role;
- Being first point of contact for Customers by phone and email
- Discussing new orders, assisting with enquires about any of their products
- Sales order processing and managing the distribution
- Managing the stock and forecasting / ordering when required
- Preparing invoicing and chasing for late payments
- Communicating with internal teams, assisting with Administration
- You will manage the Social Media platforms, writing content, scheduling posts, producing visuals
- Working with internal teams to product new Marketing campaigns
We'd love to speak to you if:
- You are a competent user of MS office, in particular Excel and Outlook
- You have strong communication skills, confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- You have experience processing orders, and social media management
