Badenoch & Clark are working with a growing multi-academy trust who are looking to expand their team and appoint a HR & Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.

The role is based at their Head Office in West Yorkshire and will require someone to be present in the office once schools re open. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a busy, high performing HR function and work closely with the Chief HR Officer.

Your role will involve:

- Handling full employee cycle with regards to recruit e.g. offer letters, new starter information, DBS request
- Reviewing recruitment tool kit and advising on administrative changes to processes e.g. application forms, adverts and job descriptions
- Dealing with incoming telephone queries whilst the HR Officer & Chief HR Officer are unavailable

You must be able to work autonomously and have a proactive approach to tasks and problem solving. Previous HR administration experience is essential to be considered for this role.

This is a full time role, 37 hours per week. There are fantastic benefits on offer with flexible working hours, generous pension contribution, 12 weeks annual leave per year and you will only work during term time + 2 weeks.
