An opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor within a central London boutique style firm, ideally 5 PQE, as a guide (other PQE's are encouraged to apply). The work will include: Property / Landlord & Tenant Litigation, Ground rent & Service charge arrears recovery, First Tier Property Tribunal Applications, Neighbour and Party Wall matters, Commercial / contract disputes, Employment, Contentious probate, Construction law.
This practice are well known for their property work and as a result, have lots property litigation. So if you are an experienced litigator with suitable experience and are looking for your next career move, this could be for you.
