IT Support Technician | Pathway to Service Delivery

If you're looking for an IT Technician role where you'll be working at 2nd Line, taking ownership of service delivery and implementing best practice, look no further!

Working for a consultancy firm who have made big strides within their sector, you'll be supporting 300 users.

As well as BAU IT support (mainly 2nd Line) what sets this role apart is you'll take ownership of the software estate (e.g. application packaging and rollout) and asset management projects. You'll be able to showcase your service delivery skills when implementing detailed process.

You'll have the ability to engage stakeholders to implement your ideas. As such you'll love the customer-facing side of your 2nd Line Support job.

You'll be part of a small team of 4 IT Technicians who are big on information sharing; your new colleagues are a tight-knit bunch and have a thirst for learning!

The infrastructure environment you're supporting includes Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, SAN and NAS storage, IT security tools and a variety of bespoke applications, all of which can be learnt if you don't have prior experience.

This is a great opportunity if you're a 2nd Line Support Technician whose soft skills are as strong as your technical capabilities.
