An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Repairs and Voids supervisor to join a public sector organisation based in Essex
The successful applicant will have previous experience in the building maintenance industry and supervising a small group, ideally within a public sector organisation.
They will be required to have a knowledge of the construction industry, Health & Safety regulations and customer orientated repairs services
In this role the overall purpose is:
- To work under the guidance of the Head of Service - Reactive
- To direct, raise, allocate, manage and plan works to be carried out by the resources allocated regarding the level of service, quality, quantity, cost control and meeting agreed completion dates.
- To ensure the provision of a high-quality cost-effective service.
- To work within Health & Safety regulations.
