Day to day responsibilities will include:
Posting of banking transactions
Bank account reconciliation
Invoice management and filing
Pensions, bonus and VAT
Petty cash
Ordering office equipment and stationary and dealing with suppliers
Budgeting
Forecasts
Cashflow
Business performance analysis
This part time role would suit somebody looking to work a few hours a day, 4 or 5 days a week, or potentially a few full days. You will have existing experience in a similar role and a background working in a law firm would be a significant advantage.
Our client are currently working remotely and are capable of doing so indefinitely but would like somebody to work from the office when things return to normal if possible.
