We are currently recruiting a number of production operators for our well established reputable client based in Neath.

Due to an increase in work the client is looking to start suitable applicants asap.

Positions are long term ongoing , temporary initially then transferring to permanent .

Working shifts : Week 1 - Days 6am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6am - 2.30pm

WEek 2 - Nights 6pm-4am Monday to Thursday and Friday 2.30pm-11pm

46 hours per week (40 hours paid at Basic rate , 6 horus paid at OT)

Generous overtime available

Working in a busy manufacturing environment using machinery and hand tools.

Full training is provided.

Suitable applicants will have previous construction, labouring, production or engineering experience.

Weekly pay, full training provided and guidance, generous overtime and weekly bonus.

Excellent earning potential & temporary to permanent opportunities.

Pay Rates :

Pay Rate: Starting Rate - Days £8.85 - Nights £10.18

After 12 weeks - Days £8.93 - Nights £10.27

+ Weekly Bonus
