Part Time Sales Order Processor - 6 - 12 months FTC

Office Angels Staines is currently seeking a part-time Sales Order Processor for a FTC position. You will be working for a global established business based in Chertsey.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, this is remote working to start and later on in the year you will be based in their Chertsey office.

A day in the life of your new role;

• Speaking to customers over the phone and email
• You will be responsible for your own customers, processing all orders on SAP
• You will manage the customer journey until their delivery has arrived
• Building relationships with the customers and proving excellent customer service
• Supporting the Sales Manager with Administration
• Producing reports on Excel for the Managers
• Preparing and sending out invoices

We'd love to speak to you if;

• You have worked in a Sales Order Processing role previously
• Are a recent user of SAP
• Competent user of MS Office, able to use Excel at an advanced level. Using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP ideally
• You have experience at providing excellent customer service
