Infrastructure Engineer (Automation) - London

Infrastructure Engineer (Automation) - London - £400-480 per day Outside IR35
My client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer on an initial 6 month contract. This will be an initial remote working contract, with a look to be in their London office once there is a sign of COVID improvement.

You will be a key member of staff, responsible for a range of support issues and projects. You will be involved in the automation of the organisations end user services to be self service, as well providing end user support to staff in a 2nd line and escalated 3rd line manner.

You will be also responsible for leading another member of team, and liaising with the senior management in regards to technology needs, requirements and advice

You must have
-Automation experience (Zapier, Adaxes, inami and webhooks)
-Minimum of 2 years working with MDM and other software deployment systems; experience with JAMF, Intune, or AirWatch/VMware Workspace UEM a plus
-Experience with packaging software, updates, and deployment/imaging of systems is required
-Ability to display soft skills: collaborate with teams, effective communication, adaptability, social networking, resilience, perseverance, critical thinking, self-awareness
-Have an aptitude for an engineering environment with a customer support attitude
-Experience with conference room systems and basic A/V setup; Zoom Room experience is a plus
-Experience setting up enterprise applications and software in cloud and virtual environments
-Expert level knowledge in Office 365 from both a user and administrator perspective
-Experience with Azure AD and/or other directories in the cloud
-Experience troubleshooting basic networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing) and experience with Palo Alto Networks a plus
-Working knowledge of identity management (single-sign on SSO) systems on and multi-factor technologies; experience with OneLogin is a plus
