Constabulary Service Desk Analyst- 3 Months +

Adecco is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a long standing client based in Wiltshire. This post is remote working and would require travelling to office on occasion. This is a 3-4 Month placement for the right individual. The client is looking for a enthusiastic individual to join their team. In return, the client will offer you a great pay rate of £13.49 per hour and a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.
- Be the first point of contact within the ICT department
- Offer assistance with technical issues, software, hardware and system issues.
- Analyse and Resolve IT issues wherever possible, only escalating this where necessary.
- Identify and resolve issues with applications
- Monitor compliance and follow procedures
- Computer literate- good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a team and work across all functions of the organisation.
- Ability to be organised and work from home without issue.
