Software Development Team Leader , .Net Team

I am looking to speak to Team Leads that really like to lead from the front and get the best out of there teams and can drive delivery and hit deadlines in fast paced environments. The management role involves overseeing the day to day activities of 10 - 20 Software Developers that will be predominantly using Microsoft Stack technologies however we are quite open on background as the key requirement of the role will be the management off the team and making sure they deliver quality code.

Ability to switch focus between tasks and get the best of milt skilled teams.
Build strong working relationships with other business area to achieve business goals.
Manage heavy workloads and deliver in a pressured and fast paced environment
Prior experience of managing a Software development team in a similar environment would be essential.
Experience of and a full understanding of the Software development life cycle
