Payroll Executive - BS1 - Up to £22k
We are recruiting for two Payroll Executive roles for a successful service organisation, within their Bristol city centre office.

Admin and Customer Service
Supporting the payroll processes including admin, sales and contracts.
Deal with contractor queries, this could be on-boarding new starters, contractual related, compliance checks, payment dates and replying to them in a timely manner.
Seeking the information needed from the relevant department to resolve the query.
Responsible for making sure certain documents from contractors have been received.
Liaising with contractors and recruitment businesses on a day to day basis to make sure everything is running accordingly.
Assist with ensuring contractors take-home pay is maximised by legitimately claiming tax-reducing business expenses against their earnings.
What We're Looking For:
Whilst prior experience of the payroll sector is not required you will need a good academic background and admin ability is essential.
A confident telephone manner as there is significant written and spoken interaction with individual and corporate customers.
Prepared to work in a fast paced office environment based in central Bristol.
Previous experience of working within an office and possesses very good customer service and communication skills.
