Role: Project Manager - Strategy and Policy

Location: London

Salary: 27.20 GBP - 33.02 per hour

Duration: ASAP until 13 Aug 2021

Applicable Bonus: Company Plan

We are recruiting on behalf of a Tech Giant and looking for a project manager with marketing skillset and with a basic understanding, or interest, in data topics including privacy and responsible innovation with data.

This person will help design, organise and deliver big events, along with other initiatives the team is working on. We are looking for someone that has worked on strategy, operations or communication roles with strong project management skills across the organisation - able to talk about complex processes

The EMEA Partnerships Solutions (EPS) team works to deliver long term positive impact to our EMEA partners' industries through transformational collaborations and effective internal advocacy. EPS offers unparalleled opportunity to work with multiple teams, and deliver strategies that are impactful to the wider ecosystem.

The EPS Data Team operates transversally to all EPS verticals to champion a holistic and responsible approach to data in order to earn partner trust and mitigate risks for the company and the ecosystem. This role combines the opportunity to work cross-functionally with many internal teams, while developing strategies to bring data responsibility, to our partners. You will develop a deeper understanding of the data landscape in EMEA, and what it means for our company and our partners, including privacy and responsible innovation.

Key responsibilities:

· Work with x-fn teams, including Marketing, to align strategies and action plans for bringing messaging and initiatives to external B2B partners.

· Manage a program of building a community of Partner advocates, working with wider x-fn teams and senior stakeholders.

· Support and collaborate with the wider EPS team to identify areas of risk, and build initiatives to mitigate them, and to engage with partners, develop trust, and advocate responsible use of data.

Beneficial experience, skills, and qualities:

· Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort working directly with senior-level executives in a 1:1 or 1:Many (event) format.

· Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems, build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively to launch programs.

· A basic understanding, or interest, in data topics including privacy and responsible innovation with data.
