Job Details:-* You will be working as part of a busy team dealing with a variety of tasks associated with Childcare Law, including:-
-- Pre-Proceedings
-- Care Proceedings
-- Supervision Orders
-- Interim Care Orders
-- Emergency Protection Orders
* This role is offered on an entirely remote basis
* You will be required to attend Court hearings and conduct advocacy via video link
* Full Time hours preferable but Part Time can be considered
* Some flexibility over working hours/remote working can also be offered
* Any time in the next month (Jan/Feb 2021)
* Rates £35 to £45ph
* This role can also be considered on an Outside IR35 basis
* Friendly well organised authority
Candidate Requirements:-
* You will be a Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive or someone with the equivalent practical experience
* You will ideally have at least 3 years' experience of acting as a Lawyer within a Local Authority dealing with Childcare matters
