Sales Administrator/Order Processor
We are working exclusively with a client on the outskirts of Caerphilly to recruit a Sales Administrator.
Role duties include:
Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
Review pending sales orders and expedite in a timely manner.
Ensure that all paperwork is correct filed and archived as necessary.
Ensure accurate checking of all orders input onto the system and making sales order
amendments were necessary
Ensure all sales order checking/processing is complete prior to production schedule run
Set up/Update site files with quote revisions and any additional information as necessary
Ensure departmental procedures are adhered to at all times
Ensure development and improvement in operation of the department and its procedures
Provide regular progress/communication updates to developers and customers
Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Team Leader
Adhere to Company Health and Safety policies and processes
