I'm currently looking for Contract ServiceNow HR Consultant, this will be an initial 3month assignment with a project projection of 1yr. As the ServiceNow HR Expert you must have strong knowledge or experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integration's, and HR Hub. The Ideal candidate will also have Human resources, Case Management experience or knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integration's. HR Hub
  • 2yrs ServiceNow Experience in an Enterprise environment
  • Solid experience in Human Resources, Case Management
  • 2 years ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
  • Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Case Management, Knowledge Management best practices and design
