We are looking to recruit a Benefits Team Member, initially for 3 months on a temporary basis, working within the public sector.

The role is quite specialised and the successful candidate would need to fulfil the requirements below:

  • Has extensive Housing Benefit Overpayment experience
  • Has experience working with Housing Benefit Overpayments
  • Has experience of the workflow 360 system
  • Fully understands the Housing Benefit Overpayment legislation and guidance
  • Has experience/understanding of the Housing Benefit system.
