Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 3pm

Our well established client is looking for an experienced paint sprayer to join their team. The Paint Sprayer is responsible for ensuring that all component parts are undercoated, sanded and top coated ready for the final assembly process.

Primary Functions

• Being part of the undercoating, sanding and top coating painting processes, ensuring that all component parts are ready for the final assembly process to agreed standards of quality and time.
• Ensure minimum wastage of materials at all times through effective painting and sanding operations.
• Continuously strive to improve the quality of the painting processes.
• Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity
• Trouble-shoot and resolve paint equipment issues.
• Actively champion Health and Safety to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitoring and either cleaning or changing the spray booth extraction filters and over spray dust.
• Any other suitable tasks allocated during the course of the working day by the Production manager.
