Private Client Solicitor - Cheshire

Badenoch + Clark have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer, or Qualified Legal Executive with more than 2 years PQE and good quality experience of Private client matters, to join an expanding law firm.

Due to the growing success and reputation of the firm, they are looking to expand the Private Client department and you will be joining a growing team.

You will undertake a varied case load of private client matters including preparation of wills, lasting powers of attorney, tax planning, estate administration, Court of Protection and some trust work.

You must be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a varied private client caseload.

This is an exciting opportunity, and the role has excellent potential for career development within a well-established and successful firm, that has a very healthy and growing client base.

The PQE is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.

Requirements:
Preferably you will be STEP qualified, however this is not essential as this is something an ambitious candidate can work towards.
The work will involve high quality private client work and you would be required to confidently manage and maintain your own files, whilst maintaining the firm's high standards and excellent levels of client service.
