As an Application Developer, the projects you'll be working on will make a difference for generations to come. And that opportunity doesn't come around every day.

We recently invested in 8 more generation sites across the UK, so our network now ranges from Hydro stations in Scotland, to Europe's largest decarbonisation project here at Selby, to quick response gas stations in the South of England. We're agile, flexible and ready for more.

The Role
As an Application Developer you'll be working in a mixed IT in-house on-site team, and you'll be focused on design, coding, testing and documenting programs and scripts. You'll design and build integration components and take responsibility for all stages/ iterations in specific software development projects.

  • Sharepoint online (2016)
  • Office365
  • C#, .NET
  • Powerapps
  • AzureDevops - Source control/depository skills
  • Agile

Desirable

  • SQL Server & Oracle
  • web services and cloud platforms

We're looking for a problem solver with a curious mind. You'll be collaborative and keen to work with a cohesive team. You'll be comfortable interrogating and manipulating large amounts of data and you'll be ready for a new challenge.
