Due to large growth and project development are currently are currently recruiting a Digital Strategy & Marketing Manager to be based within their Croydon office . The role does offer fully flexible working.
Over the past five years my client has become one of the leading global Cloud Telephony Platform providers and currently operating at a global level .
You will be an experienced digital strategist and demand generation manager who has managed and lead and revenue generation strategies.
The mission of this role will be to accelerate the impact of my clients global sales team by delivering on all aspects of demand generation at every stage in the funnel. Both tactical and strategic, you will partner with marketing, alliances and sales to assess opportunities and develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and achieve accelerated pipeline and revenue growth.
You will also be responsible for the execution of all demand gen related programs with the goal of increasing market awareness, MQLs and SQLs. Your keys to success will be the ability to organize, execute, communicate and work in a fast-paced, global team.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy
*Create successful, innovative and measurable digital marketing campaigns designed to significantly increase pipeline and revenue. Including paid media, online promotion, content marketing and social targeting. (paid, owned and earned)
*Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy
*Manage the ROI of the digital element of the marketing budget, including CPL and CPA
*Identify and assess the potential of new channels using test and learn and experimentation
Reporting
*Lead on data analytics for all online channels and platforms, provide regular reporting and deliver findings to identified stakeholders for all digital channels
*Create and maintain reports on inbound marketing activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact
*Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize cycles. Employ A/B testing and other experimentation strategies across relevant marketing channels
*Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
Requirements
*4+ years experience in B2B demand generation and growth/digital marketing, preferably within the SaaS/B2B software industry
*Proven record of supporting sales to meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
*Experience of B2B digital/inbound marketing including web and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, SEO/SEM, account-based marketing and content syndication
*Solid knowledge of website tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
*Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, GoogleAds, Data Studio, Qualified, ZoomInfo along with WordPress, and SEO software
