You'll be part of a diverse technology team, traditionally Microsoft but also exploiting different platforms and languages to serve their customers' needs. If you have a C - based background (C#, C++, C, Java, Python) but want to learn new languages I'm keen to speak with you!
You'll be working alongside Full Stack Software Engineers working with C#, MVC, Web APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL and NoSQL databases. If you've had exposure to functional programming (e.g. Scala, Haskell, Go) or want to learn that'd be ideal!
You'll receive training on new languages alongside using your core skill set.
Your new team are moving to a microservices architecture and the Department are engineering websites, mobile applications, middleware systems and business intelligence software.
Despite the scale of your new company the culture is really down to earth and informal - you don't need to come from a corporate background. If you're used to delivering high quality, robust and scalable code that's what we're after.
