FM/Handyman: Multi Skilled Facilities Manager/Handyman required for a new student accommodation in Dublin 8. We are looking for a self-employed contractor to work for us via a third party agency.Knowledge of trades like plumbing/electrics in a commercial and residential environment would be greatly appreciated.
You will monitor H&S building compliance of a small student accommodation, and ensure tasks are completed on a weekly, quarterly and annually basis.
You'll respond to maintenance issues within the building, student rooms and communal spaces. Emergency call outs may be required and will be paid for. All work must be carried out to the highest possible standard.
This is a position that does allow for you to balance other work.
Applicants must have a full driving license.
