We aim to be the national body for neurodiversity within Scotland and in this role, you will develop, design and lead the strategic development and expansion of the Trust's neurodiverse services.

You will have responsibility for ensuring continued growth and sustainability through activity such as policy development and income generation.

With a flair for partnership working and making connections, you and your team will build operational and strategic relationships with stakeholders and partners so that we can develop the understanding of neurodiversity and improve the lives and experiences of children and young people.

You will be able to work strategically and operationally have a proven track record of translating strategy and values into everyday actions. Key to this is your enthusiasm for what you do and your determination to make a difference.

You may have held leadership roles where you have worked with local authorities, commissioners and other organisations, and bring with you your professional skills and experience that can add value to our services, our approach and ultimately to the people we support.
