Office Angels are currently working on a Fees Adviser role on behalf of a prestigious City Centre based company. This will be a full-time role based from home initially, however from January it will be part office based, part home based.
Working within the finance and procurement team, this will be a busy and varied role where excellent customer service skills are required, along with some experience of dealing with financial transactions and / or payments. The main duties of the role are as follows:
Providing excellent customer service to customers
Dealing with queries in a professional manner via phone, email or letter
Process fees, charges, refunds and adjustments in line with company policy
Process, reconcile and bank fees received ensuring that accurate records are maintained
Run direct debits
Ensure that all queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and that confidentiality is adhered to at all times
Work with the finance team in identifying improvements, quality performance and efficiency in continual improvement
Adhoc duties associated with the role
Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate experience of providing excellent customer service and guidance via various methods of communication. You will also have knowledge of processing and reconciling payments and any experience of credit control would be highly advantageous. Due to the nature of the role excellent communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely essential as is the ability to work in an organised and task focused manner. Strong PC skills are required and any experience of using Agresso and /or Siebel would also be advantageous.
