Parts Advisor/ Customer Service Coordinator Required

Are you a Customer Service Coordinator with a technical aptitude that is looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity with fast expanding company within the Kingswinford area.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing quotations & processing sales orders
  • Chasing outstanding quotations
  • Updating a database
  • Supporting a sales team
  • Offer technical support to customers over the phone & through email
  • Liaising with the overseas office in Germany
  • Support the preparation of sales trips overseas
  • Project management
  • Attending trade fairs/events when required
  • Working in the warehouse when required to support staff during busy periods
  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Warranty processing
  • Being responsible for opening & closing of the office (Key Holder)
  • Attending stocktakes once per year during November (Friday evening & Saturday)
  • Travelling overseas when required for training & business requirements

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Sales support within the Commercial Automotive industry
  • Willingness to travel if required nationally & international (Must hold a valid passport)
  • Must be able to work on their own or as part of a team
  • Technically minded with commercial vehicle parts
  • Career driven & willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Have a flexible approach to help other departments when needed during busy periods

The above role is based on a permanent full time basis with an ASAP start available. Hours of work are Monday - Friday. The hours are 42.5 on a 3 week rolling shift system at present. 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm.
