OD (Organisational Development) Business Partner
Badenoch + Clark are working in partnership with an organisation in Sussex to recruit an OD Business Partner.
The Purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive the People strategy, to lead and deliver interventions that drive forward the organisational engagement work, whilst helping to bring about a culture of improvement and change. You will provide operational and strategic OD Business Partnering across the organisation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To deliver all OD elements of the People Services Business Plan, to include:
Leadership and Management Development and Effectiveness (Leadership and Behavioural Framework)
Workforce planning, succession planning and talent management
Experience / Knowledge required:
Significant experience of working at Advisor or Business Partner level in a busy HR or OD team in a multi-disciplinary organization
Experience of using change management tools and techniques to support positive cultural change
Experience of developing and delivering OD interventions
Knowledge of UK/EU employment legislation and codes of practice and government reviews
