An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Visiting Support Officer within a Cambridgeshire based housing provider.

Working within the housing division you will be responsible for delivering a first class housing support service to vulnerable adults in their homes across your designated patch, assisting them to maintain their tenancy and maximise their independence.

Successful applicants will have a proven background in the provision of supported housing services to elderly tenants, advising on welfare benefits, tenancy issues, sign posting to external agencies and assisting in support plans.

You must be comfortable with lone working and travelling across your patch to visit tenants.
Applicants must possess a valid DBS and have access to their own vehicle with business insurance.
