An exciting opportunity for flexible, hard-working staff to join an established friendly team. The company provide 3 meal services for approximately 1000 people daily. You will assist with all catering tasks within the department including front of house duties.
£18,720 per annum, working 40 hours p/w - 12pm to 8:30pm

The working pattern will be 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday (which means working 4 days during the week plus either a Saturday or Sunday).

Ensuring that the dining room, servery and salad counters are set up and maintained to the highest standards of food service and hygiene, during each service. To serve employees in a friendly and efficient manner.
 To ensure that the salad counters and servery area are clean and ready for each service with the correct utensils and condiments available
 To ensure that the crockery, cutlery, glasses are clean and presented correctly
 To serve the girls and staff during each service and promote a friendly atmosphere.
 Ensure service temperatures and samples are taken as directed at each service
 To assist with any food preparation as directed by the Management Team
 To ensure that after each service the counters and servery areas are cleaned ready for the next service
 To provide an efficient, caring and friendly service to all customers and inform your team leader or duty manager of any issues or complaints that you may encounter
 To be able to liaise with the Kitchen Brigade to ensure a constant replenishment of the food on offer
 To operate the dishwasher in accordance with the correct operating procedures.
 To work in all areas of the operation to include front of house, plate wash and pot wash on a rota basis
 To ensure tables and the floor are cleaned and swept as directed by the Team Leaders
Hygiene Health & Safety
 To provide high standards of personal hygiene and appearance, and the correct uniform is worn
 To ensure that all daily schedules i.e. cleaning rotas, service and temperature records are completed during service and at the end of each shift, notifying the Team Leader or Duty Manager of any irregularities
